OMG! I started seeing Christmas decorations in SEPTEMBER! Couldn't believe my eyes.

Another good thing about being Catholic -- Advent Season is far more meaningful that Christmas, as a single day, ever was. And Advent has not been nearly as commercialized as Christmas.

Yeah, I was getting bird food in Menard's, a home improvement store, and saw a shiny gold garland which I thought would look good on my little outdoor tree, and went to my favorite cashier, and he made a tsk-tsk-tsk and pointed out that it wasn't even October yet.

My sacrifice to commercialism, because I actually do very little decorating.

the best garland, floral goes early ... already on the watch, surprisingly dollar tree's sometimes can be the place w/ more, quality - for less.
