Zone1 Do you wish Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays?

I don't usually great strangers, so for family I use Merry Christmas because all celebrate Christmas. If a cashier or whoever extends a greeting I just usually repeat back.
I'm not offended by Happy Holidays, or even merry Xmas, nor am I offended by store workers not wishing me anything.

I say "happy holidays" or "seasons greetings" to my tRumpling acquaintances just because it's fun to watch their teeth grind.

Everyone else gets "merry Christmas".
