I see that The SPLC have label "Black Separatists" as a Hate Group which is slander which is illegal in The U.S.

I disagree because of the following (2) Two valid claims that's listed below.
1. Who Are The Black Separatists? - It's No U.S. Official Black Separatist Association that's currently active in The U.S.
The main point is if The U.S. had a U.S. Official Black Separatist Association that spoke for all U.S. Black Separatists their main focus/platform would be on Black Separation (Black-Only Institutions To Economically, Politically, & Socially, Control Black America Affairs).
Yes! The U.S. may have U.S. Black Groups that believe in Black Separation but their main focus/platform isn't based on Black Separation.
(Example): The Nation Of Islam (NOI) - The Nation Of Islam is a U.S. Black Religious Association that believe in Islam even though they believe in Black Separation but their main focus/platform isn't based on Black Separation.
2. Black Separation Isn't Racist - Black Separation don't prohibited Equal Opportunities for Non-(Black/African American) U.S. Citizens And/Or Kill, Oppress, And/Or Terrorize, U.S. Citizens only because of their Gender, National Origin, Race, And/Or Religion, Etc.
Black Separation & White Supremacy are two different categories that can't be compared under no circumstances.
I don't think it's Racist if (Black/African American) U.S. Citizens (Black Separatists) want to be self-sufficient & separated by publishing Black-Only Institutions (Courtrooms For Justice, Economic System For Employment, & The List Goes On Etc) to prohibited Institutional Racism from The White Devils that Hate, Kill, Oppress, & Terrorize them on a daily basis.
The Public love to label anything that's related to Race as Racist but that's invalid.
(Example): If a U.S. Citizen (Black, White, Etc) said that He And/Or She wouldn't Date And/Or Marry anyone out of their Race that's not Racist because that's a preference.
The main point is to be appropriately label as Racist you've to be a Supremacist along with meeting (1) One And/Or both of the two factors that's listed below.
The Definition Of White Supremacy - A (White/Caucasian) Individual, Association, And/Or Group, Etc That Want To Economically, Socially, & Politically Control Other Non-White Races Since They're Consider Inferior In The White World.
(Qualificiations To Be Appropriately Label As Racist)
1. Deny Equal Opportunities To People Only Because Of Their Gender, National Origin, Race, And/Or Religion, Etc.
(Example): The White Race Economically, Politically, & Socially, Controlling All Non-White Races Affairs While Being Separated At The Same Time.
2. Hate, Kill, Oppress, And/Or Terrorize People Only Because Of Their Gender, National Origin, Race, And/Or Religion, Etc.
(Example): The White Race Killing Non-White People To Uphold White Supremacy On A National Level In The U.S. In All (50) Fifty States.
