What’s changed?

Probably his incredible courage in the face of a debilitating stroke and his stick-to-itiveness.

Additionally, demonstrating that he thinks for himself rapidly changed the minds of numerous people who respect that quality.

There's still a number of people who ridicule him.... But as you can see that doesn't either distract him or slow him down.

Trump lives with ridicule everyday. In some ways Fetterman mirrors that situation.
