I have driven VA vans to transport as a volunteer. I still had to have a background check and a clean driving record. I still drive for them when they ask, but I live so far away they don't ask unless they really need help.Hmm... I may be interested myself

It takes patience, and compassion. Many of these people require help getting in and out. The van has a lift for wheelchairs, but you still have to help.
