I’ve never understood the point of drinking only one drinkHave an alcoholic drink about once a month. Sometimes will have two a month
Just curious, nothing more. Do you believe drinking at all, is a sin?Nope. I haven't had a drop of alcohol since November 2003. As I've said before, that decision is tied for 2nd best decision I ever made.![]()
Why do you do this! For God's sake, we can read!3 each now

I agree with that view. To me there are no redeeming qualities.Dang, you put me on the spot.
I wouldn't say that drinking in and itself is a sin. As we know, the bible says that drunkenness is a sin, and of course it's possible to drink and not get drunk. HOWEVER, (here's the controversial part where I'll probably catch a lot of flak) I do strongly believe that Christians shouldn't drink at all. I have many reasons for that... I don't want to write a whole essay here. But I've put a lot of thought into this, and long story short, I believe that as it says in 1 Cor 10:23, "All things are permissible, not all things are beneficial."
There's a lot more I could say about this, but it's a topic that could be a thread of its own.

I don't drink any more. I also don't drink any less. Moderation, No Judgements -- unlike this thread.I never saw the point in more.![]()
I'd get a second opinionI did until I got pancreatitis which they claimed was probably due to drinking.
I never want to go through that again so goodbye to drinking.
