Do you consider this Justice? Is this who we are?

I believe that Trump is going to ruin our nation and as such, I do "struggle" because I have a heart and I care.

Evidently you don't.
So far, Trump is doing what's best for our nation.

I have zero heart for anyone who comes here illegally. There is a front door if you want to come legally.
Meaning that if you were from another country and you (and your family) was starving and at risk of dying you would not even try to come to the U.S. to survive?

and you have no heart for those that do try?

If I snuck into Guatemala and lived there for 19 years, why should they make me a citizen when they find out?

They would send me back to the US and tell me to legally apply for Guatemalan citizenship.

When people commit crimes, they get separated from their families.

Moms get a DUI, they go to jail, they are separated from their kids every day.
Nope, not really...

Most countries in the world don't break up families especially if you are a guardian of a Citizen of that country...

You would have to bad criminal history to be deported... If you have a job and are getting on with life, nothing, you stay... Probably get a fine and have a fair few thousand with immigration lawyers..

They are very reluctant to split up families..

I don't understand what you mean. As I said, we do have a front door where you can come here legally. I'm fine with that. We need immigrants.

So if you break the law for a long enough time, it just goes away?

What excuse would one have for not getting legal status for 19 years?

Why dont you offer to sponsor the family?

Right now. CALL ICE AND OFFER TO SPONSOR THE FAMILY.

The issue I have........may be two or three.

First, he was arrested AT WORK. Did ICE arrest the business owner?

As far as we know, this guy may be a part of the Dreamers. Now I have a lot of issues with how that was done but legally he would still be here legally.

Now he may have had warrants. If so it all goes out the window. He can be deported.

But would that not be a business owner aiding a wanted person and being felonious themselves by hiring him?
~~~~~~
More than likely he was using a false Social Security Number and the owner did not know..
Watch it again. He's a criminal.
Not enough information available to determine how criminal he is. Bottom line, his only criminality is being here illegally and trespassing.
You do realize that Trump is a convicted felon with 34 counts and he did pardon criminals that used violence against the police, don't you?
So how do you feel about a criminal calling someone else a criminal? Is it hypocrisy?
I have asked you about a hundred times.
What did you like the most about the tater head, cackles administration?
Was it the 350,000 children that were trafficked, raped, and or murdered?
The American People have spoken and we are done with the horrific leftists policies.
Stop with the liberal nonsense heart pulling strings of what did the kids do. Jesus Christ, you liberals are fucking too far gone you lost the election accept it, get over it and move on. He was here 19 years, sucks to be him that he finally was deported. I could care less.
Please don't bring Jesus Christ into this...
This against Jesus's teachings... This is against the Bible,... At least own that are against Christ on this one.
In the Old Testament, God's people are commanded: 'Don’t mistreat any foreigners who live in your land. Instead, treat them as well as you treat citizens and love them as much as you love yourself. Remember, you were once foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God' (Leviticus 19:33-34).
Matthew 25:31-46, highlights our responsibility to care for the 'stranger' and the displaced around us. 'Whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me,' says Jesus.
I wouldn't bring up Jesus in this one... You have told Jesus to fuck off on this one..
When you show proof of YOUR claims, I will address your question
There is no path to citizenship for people here illegally. We’ve been trying to make one for decades but Republicans wail and moan every time we try.
The path to citizenship is to enter the country legally and follow the requirements to become a US citizen.
Here in this video is a Guatemalan man that was deported this week. This man was here in the U.S. illegally but he has been here for 19 years and he is married and has 2 children, one of which is 4 months old.
Imagine the consequences that his family is now going to suffer.
Is this Justice? Is this who we are now?
Yes, I consider it justice. I also find it offensive he doesn't think committing a crime here is that big a deal, or serious.
I'd rather be excluded for being inclusive, than to be included for being excluding.
The cruelty is the main point.
There is a path to citizenship, it requires following our laws. Why should criminal aliens be rewarded for thwarting our laws? They shouldn't, and a large majority of Americans agree. Elections have consequences, get used to it.
Democrat political persecutions do not represent actual crimes.
The invader being deported is a criminal. He entered this country illegally. He remained here illegally for 19 years. That he successfully evaded the law for 19 years does not make his unlawful entry a legal act. While here he committed a crime or crimes.
Deport him, send his family along and don't let them back.
