A Vlach is a ancient balkan inhabitant, and descendts from roman settlers and paleo-balkan inhabitants as oppossed to someone who is a slav, they are closer to albanians, greeks and romanians then to slavs. There is a vlach minority in serbia.

It is Croatia, it is both different and similar as Serbia. It used to be part of one and the same country.
