There are some wild theories I have about things the government is doing or has done, which often involves Star Trek-like tech...but Chemtrails are just not one of them.

Also, while I don't really believe in the mainstream conspiracy theory that chemtrails are used in our skies every day.... I do believe that from time to time the government has done weird things in our atmosphere to affect us. But I don't think we would really see much evidence of that. It would be a few isolated sneaky and stealthy incidences speckled over many decades.

There is no "belief" involved. You can literally look up in the sky any given day and see them in the sky. Sheesh. However, I wouldn't say that every single contrail or plane in the sky is causing "Chemtrails", however I've been more of the belief that they exist the more time goes on.
