When we come into this world as little babies, we are innocent because we have not yet committed any sin. However, this does not mean that we are perfect. As humans we lack the knowledge of good and evil as we enter this world. We are then influenced by both good and evil as we grow and after awhile we learn the difference between good and evil. We then become accountable for our decisions. But we still don't have a perfect knowledge of things and we are subject to human lusts and passions that we need to learn to control. Our desires to want things that others might have or to have more than our fair share or the desires of the body to have sex, etc., etc. are a challenge for us to control. Obviously we are not born perfect and must learn to control ourselves and accept good behaviors which are good for society as a whole as well as for our own personal growth. This world has much good in it but it also has much evil in it as well. We are given the chance in this world to come to an understanding of both and are given the opportunity to choose between the two. Along the path we might ask ourselves, "what should I do?", given a choice between good and evil. Thankfully God our Heavenly Father has, through his Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, given us commandments and through the example of Jesus Christ has shown us the way, the truth, and the light. By following after his teachings, we can learn to do the right things in life and become good beings. I think the woman in the video realizes that mankind is not perfect and we all make mistakes at times. However, I feel that many view a little child as innocent and without sin as well. The will of God is that we strive to become like him. He has taught us:
Be ye therefore perfect, even and your Father in Heaven is perfect.
This is the goal. We have been provided the way to repent and receive forgiveness of past sin through our Savior Jesus Christ. But we must also continue to strive to better ourselves through learning and through self betterment by following God's established path. We are imperfect beings striving to become more like our Father in Heaven. God wants us to seek for perfection of the soul and to become like He and our beloved Savior Jesus Christ.
