What threat exactly is the OP referring to? Ms. Cook was turning from ICE THUGS when she was killed. It was the ICE THUG that got in front of her car. And no, it is NOT a federal crime to threaten ICE THUGS.

This is EASILY provable as not true. IT'S ON VIDEO!?! She actually turned TOWARDS the agent who was walking from one side of the car to the other, and who was not standing in front of the car. If anyone is still debating this, I have no choice but to assume you're a paid democrat shill.
