Do they really want to solve the immigration issue? Why haven’t Republicans crafted a Bill to convert illegal entry from a misdemeanor to a felony?

I agree with that as well but like I’ve told pknopp 100 times, such a law won’t stop anchor baby and probably already felonious legal cousin Humberto who owns Humberto’s Tire Shop from hiring all his familia.
The legislation mentioned in the OP fixes the problem from top to bottom and is highly likely there to stay.
No but it will righteously demotivate their employment opportunities and desire to come here.

Again this would just be part of evrything else: strong border enforcement; strong pursuit of visa holdovers etc.

Or just put them on a plane back to the shit hole they came from.

Better yet, they walked here they can walk back
I was astounded by a level headed question from the OP and thought I’d answer it.

We already put them back on a plane and send them home. That isn’t violent enough for you guys though...

Make hiring an illegal alien a Class A felony.
The same punishment for murder?

Okay...so who gets tagged with the murder rap? The head of HR or the CEO?

Both?

The owner?

So the entire pizza place employing 30 people goes out of business because they hired an illegal?

But why? If Republicans hold all the legislative power why isn’t now the time to bring such a Bill?
Because they have a very small majority and there's no way they could get it passed. Some Republicans would lose their balls and vote against it and no Democrat would vote for it.

Maybe…but don’t you think legit Republicans should try it and see? Bills are often introduced not because anyone believes they’ll actually pass but because they expose the traitors, RINO’s and general pieces of dogshit on the Hill.

Unfortunately, we already know who the RINOs and general pieces of dogshit are already. And they wouldn't pass the doggone thing.

My bet is; such a Bill hasn’t been brought to the floor because Trump hasn’t requested one. Why is that?
TNHarley what’s your thoughts?

The all or nothing tapestry we live in was ramrodded into existence y Progressives. It is from childhood school. The whole class suffers for one. Look at what you have done with the violence you do if your way is not promoted with the disdain of half the population cemented in your Communist DNA.

Yes. Now you understand the motivating element.
As long as you understand how ridiculous it is; hence a non-starter from even the most blood thirsty on the right.

But seriously...its your idea...so who goes to jail for life because an illegal was hired? Lets say it’s a Target Store in Sioux Falls.... Who’s going to jail. I’m curious how you want it handled.

Oddly, you make good points. This is why the “make the employer pay” angle that pknopp loves to pitch doesn’t work…Too many complexities.

Whoever hired him and the CEO.

Result: Target won't hire any more.

I suspect because it's a lot easier to deport them. A whole new set of rules comes into play with being charged with a felony.

It's a wonder the vile dems have not proposed it to gum-up the system.

In pro-criminal lib shithole states that’s absolutely true but that doesn’t have to be the case.
