yes we do and love to drive a bad combo....we are in for the night but living in a rural area and being in our late 60s we dont really care to drive at night esp on amateur night
 
It's 11:30 pm here in the UK, so I'll say a Happy New Year to you guys now as the red wine is flowing and the Champagne is on stand by.
 
Going to watch "Cyrano de Bergerac" with my husband. He proposed to me 27 years ago tonight, while we were watching that movie, and we try to watch it together every New Year's. After he goes to bed, I'm planning to join a couple of friends for New Year's Eve karaoke, which probably won't last longer than midnight for me. I've already had a long day.

Anyone else planning anything special, or just hunkering down and avoiding the drunks?
 
New Years, birthdays are really dumb celebrations. Wedding type anniversaries are more important, nothing to go around the sun. It’s tough to make a marriage or relationship work.
