Do pigs feel taste?

Pigs are known to eat everything. From bars of soap through dead bodies digging up, and even their own dodo. So, are pigs born hungry? Can they be satisfied? And if not, then can they still tell a tastier thing from a less tasty food?

Pigs are wonderful! They turn garbage into pork chops!
