Do Parents Have the Right to Not Buckle Up Their Kids in Florida?

In the mean time, given the Flordia government's stance on Covid and letting the parents decide...shouldn't they suspend any laws about seat belts and let the parents decide then too?

I was against seat belt laws to begin with. The government has no right or power to tell you how to live your life. The way the founding fathers meant it to be. Now we have Hitler Biden wanting to make it illegal to cross state lines without your papers.

The party was scaled down to include just family and close friends. It`s unlikely that Obama has friends that are too stupid to not be vaccinated.

Biden is following the Progressive Socialist motto. Never let a crisis go to waste. Everything is designed to give Progressive Socialism ultimate power at some point. So even if the Southern Border sieve is slowed or stopped, At least a million and most likely nearer to two million will be let in. And then spread to redder areas. And the Prog groups do not understand that they will move down in the pecking order of available resources.

Outside, under a tent larger than Barnum and Bailey's, with all guests and serving staff vaccinated, it's not required to wear masks from my understanding of the CDC guidelines....

Any get together of all vaccinated people, indoor or outdoor, masks are not required, from my understanding? Though it's been updated a thousand times so...I dunno?

you don’t understand what a law passed by the legislative branch is?

EOs can direct govt agencies and have the effective of law. An EO impacting the entire citizens or mandating the entire citizens is not effective. The Gov has made no such EO.
