Yes because it was added before the Constitution. But that’s just my opinion and they are like as uhh noses; everyone has one.

They are part of the constitution as signed. Without them there would be no constitution. It’s designed to be amended, but not all amendments are well thought out. Look at 18th Amendment for an example.
