Not in this case they don't. On the far-left TV show "The View" Whoppi Goldberg, while reading the teleprompter, read "allegedly" in relation to the case (McMicheal/Arberry) , and then stopped herself.

"Not, allegedly, we saw them do it!" she said. "They chased him down and then they shot and killed him! Not allegedly--I'm not saying it." Co-host Sunny Hostin agreed with Goldberg's choice, saying "Thank you" repeatedly amid the audience clapping.

Yes, she was saying it, and she said it WRONG. NO, they did NOT chase him down. That is FALSE (# 1). Their truck was standing still, and they were still. Arberry was the one who was moving, and he, without necessity, chose to move straight toward Travis McMichael.

Arberry then attacked McMicheal, and threw a number of punches at him. This is why the word "unarmed" is also FALSE (# 2). When you are holding a gun (for self-defense) and someone attacks you, they are no longer "unarmed". They then are essentially armed with your own weapon, which they could seize, and use against you. This is standard National Guard training which I received in the past.

FALSE # 3 is the use of the word "murder" by the author of the MSN link article (Monique Jones). There has been no determination of any "murder" having been committed, and the assinine act of Arberry charging at a guy holding a shotgun ( who also happened to be bigger and stronger than Arberry), could better be described as insanity, extreme stupidity, or suicide.

The dude was running away from two rednecks in a truck with shotguns who were yelling death threats. The section of the video that you’re talking about was the man defending himself. These guys absolutely chased a guy down and murdered him. We all saw it on video and heard testimony if you were honest you would tell the whole story…. But you’re not

FALSE. He ran TOWARD Travis, for no apparent reason. Try looking at the video actual event, which clearly shows exactly what I stated in the OP, instead if coming in here and making a fool out of yourself.

Absolutely not! They lie about everything.

Again, dumbass, you are showing the last snippet and nothing before.they chased him down and tried to make a citizens arrest. Travis McMichael testifies he wasn't under threat during pickup chase before fatally shooting Ahmaud Arbery
YOU'RE the dumbass. What you are calling "chased him down" is nothing more than citizens looking for someone they believe to have committed a crime. A 100% legal endeavor. People do this all the time, and then call police when they locate the guy. So ? It doesn't even qualify as stalking.

And your silly reference to a "last snippet" is the only part of this case that is relevant. It is where Arbery attacked McMicheal, fought with him, punched, him, tried to grab McMichaels gun, and was shot in obvious self-defense.

As for the silly claim of McMicheal testifying "he wasn't under threat during pickup chase", that is a meaningless media contortion of words designed to villainize McMichael. Of course, he would not have been under threat before the attack on him occured. The 2 guys were not even near each other.

The McMicheal testimony that Arbery ATTACKED HIM, are the only McMichael words that matter here, and the video proves them true. If this case ends correctly, as the Rittenhouse and Zimmerman ones did, and the jury is not influenced (or snowed) by the clown show media (as you are), McMicheal will be acquitted based on self-defense. Almost always, the truth prevails and innocent guys get acquitted, but not alwaus as in the Michael Sager case where he got imprisoned based on politics (from a black-majority voting population).

No the last part is not the only relevant part. When you have two rednecks in a truck chasing down a young black man threatening him with a gun then that plays a role in the series of events. Why you blind partisans just ignorantly defend these things because it somehow represents “your team” is just absurd.

I’ve been saying all trial that Rittenhouse was not guilty of murder because that was obviously the case. Just as there is a very obvious series of events with this case. Just be honest. It isn’t hard

1. Nobody chased anybody down. That is liberal media propaganda talk. The McMichaels were standing still, when Arberry arrived at their truck.
2. Your anti-white racist use of the slur "rednecks" is unecessary, and further reduces your credibility.
3. Your description of Arberry as "young black man" is also unecessary, shows bias, and is more credibilty chipping.
4. Nobody threatened anybody with a gun. Just having a gun in one's possession openly, is legal in Georgia. Having a gun doesn't mean you are threatening someone. Just the thought of that is ludicrous.
5. Correct, being honest isn't hard, so here is my honest perception. You are a typical gun-hysterical liberal, with a pathological trauma about guns, who is fully brainwashed by liberal media.

This is really stupid.. There were two vehicles that took off after Aubrey .. One moved in front of him and the other behind. You're a racist, pops with no regard for human life.

Have you checked out senior HUD properties for cheap rent?

So this is how the media is reporting this ? >> "One moved in front of him and the other behind" Sheesh. No, McMicheal's vehicle was NOT moving. It was still, as were the 2 McMichael men. Look at the video. The only one "moving" was Aubrey - straight at Travis McMicheal, while ATTACKING him. (as the video clearly shows)

Secondly, there is no need to mention the race of any of these individuals (except as a means of race-baiting). Race has nothing to do with this. Aubrey charged straight at Travis, fought with Travis, threw punches at Travis, and tried to pull the shotgun out of Travis' hands. No question about it. Self-defense all the way. Shouldn't ever have been a charge (same as Rittenhouse, Zimmerman, Shelby, Jeronimo, Wilson, et al)

Lastly, Your characterzation of me, has nothing to do with me. It simply shows you to be a complete FOOL.

They chased him down the road and stopped .. one vehicle in front of him and one behind. They chased him because he was black.. They would not have chased him if he been a white man who checked out a house under construction.. They wouldn't dare.

Yeah ? Did you hear them say they chased him because he was black ? Or do you hear Dom Lemon & Joy Reid say that ?

Secondly all this claptrap about chasing is irrelevant. The charges are murder & manslaughter, not stalking. You understand ? What matters is what happened when Aubrey got to the truck, and could have kept running straight ahead...or turned to the right/ He didn't, he turned left, and went straight at Travis McMichael, Case closed.
