The plan is to eliminate the Dems from the political competition, thereby effectively creating a one-party situation.

Trump and the R's now seem to have the momentum to accomplish that, and the political system is conducive to allowing it to happen.

That unopposed experiment can now proceed for Trump's remaining time in office.

The military and the establishment powers fully understands that and so Trump is vulnerable to democracy's blowback against the fascist takeover of government.

Government that is unapposed can be tremendously successful! The harm done to others is neglgible and will have to be absorbed for the greater good of the country.

Trump, as with any leader of his persuasion, must be kept safe. Future attempts on his life won't be faked from now on.
