At the least, a conflict of interests. At worst, it's called "money laundering." Federal election laws prohibit using party lists for personal PAC fundraising. What Hogg was caught doing might not explicitly violate federal election laws unless there's misuse of funds, unauthorized use of resources, or conflict of interest explicitly against regulations like FEC rules. However, this would hinge on specific details like whether or not he had explicit or implicit permission to use the lists. The DNC will most likely boot his sorry ass out of the position. But personally, I'd love to see that little faggot rot behind bars for a period of time.
