The original concept of Diversity was about acquiring multiple viewpoints and disciplines when discussing a complex project, whether in academia or business.

The thought, correctly, was that a problem would be better analyzed and solved when coming at it from multiple directions.

But the way that the Intersectionalists and post-modern Marxists apply it, they exclude diversity unless it is the, "Correct" diversity and whites and white adjacent need not apply.

This is the equivalent of bringing a Swahili pig farmer in to help solve an overproduction of plutonium in a breeder reactor.
