And, be honest. If Raskin is the receiver of those unlawfully obtained emails, he should be charged with possession of stolen property, at a minimum. And unlawful disclosure. And no. He doesn’t have any Congressional immunity since this was never one of his speeches within Congress Further, he should receive no benefit as a “whistleblower” since this wasn’t information covered under any whistleblower act.
