ICE, like any law enforcement agency has a defined "order of operations "

Meaning ICE is primarily focused on the greatest immediate danger to people. This means criminals (child predators, rapists, and traffickers) other violent criminals and terrorists.
Anyone else also caught during these focused raids who are also discovered to be illegals are not ignored and sent packing to anywhere else as well.

So....for this woman's "husband" (legal husband status is highly questionable) to be targeted o the fashion shown in this video....he has to have been an imminent threat due to past arrests.
