An educated population is better for the country. Those kids grow up and use that education to work in our advanced economy and generate prosperity.

It’s not welfare. It’s an investment in our future.

Amother childish, idealistic argument. Most of them don't grow up to do anything other than get out of high school if they're lucky. We waste money on people who are not citizens for 12+ years who shouldn't be in this country in the first place.

Then lets just educate the entire world. Why not? On one hand you talk about decreasing spending and on the other you talk about educating anybody who walks across our border. It is that child-like, idealistic mind of liberals that gets in the way of making good decisions.

We could fund the DOE for what Trump is currently pissing away in Iran.

Because you would need just as many people to round them up.

Trump's radical growth of the ICEstapo has only increased it by about 12,000 agents- most of them inept and not fit for the job.

That means each ICE Jackboot would have to arrest 1000 immigrants.

And hope no more come in.
