Disney is such a huge part of American culture that when the company starts making updates to its entertainment to make it more inclusive, it appears unsettling to some adults. Disney evokes a certain nostalgia for what the ideal family life should be. In the interest of being more diverse and inclusive, Disney has shaken up that ideology that some Conservatives hold dear. It’s different from what they’re used to seeing, and that’s uncomfortable.

Insisting that the Walt Disney Company follow Conservative political agendas or Christian dogma will fail because Disney is committed to including all races, genders, and ethnicities in their 21st century customers base. If that means the lost of far right Americans conservatives, it will not hurt their bottom line and will insure their future growth.
