It's a bullshit story----you don't get skin ulcers from sitting in a loaner wheelchair for 5 hours unless you soiled yourself and didn't clean up and you aid wasn't smart enough to get pillows for added support if needed. If you fly, you take your chances of being inconvenienced--ask the people trying to get out of Dallas last weekend--taking days.

Activist do what activist do---try to extort money from everyone else.

^^^ Still, the airline destroyed her chair and then refused to replace it. That alone is enough to only add to the bad image that they possess.
