This is Pat Robertson on the 700 club, March of 1980, claiming that the world would end in 1982. This was DURING the GOP primaries for the 1980 election, just to note...





At 2:30, he predicts a massive war in Israel in 1982. Didn't happen.

He claimed that Russia, Iran and Ethiopia (!!!!) would invade Israel in 1982. Didn't happen.

He practically made the claim that Anwar Sadat was a Christian. He wasn't.


He claimed that the Jews could not give up E. Jerusalem, otherwise the so-called End-Times prophecies could not happen.

Read it in context...Verse 14 refers SPECIFICALLY to those who fashion idols.
Jeremiah is telling the Nation of Israel not to follow the ways of the nations or individuals that worship idols.
