How does the law on marriage as the union of a man and a woman differ from any other law?

If we assume that the 14th Amendment protects against restrictions on implicit rights (that is, rights that follow from the absence of a prohibition), then any law in the United States is contrary to the 14th Amendment, because any law restricts implicit rights.

For example, suppose a person has the right to smoke in a playground because it is not forbidden. A law is being passed that bans smoking in the playground. From the perspective of the Supreme Court, this law would be invalid because it violated the implicit right to smoke in the playground.

Thus, the justices of the supreme court are either mentally handicapped or have committed fraud. This must be verified. If testing shows that they are full-fledged, they should be held accountable for national betrayal and actions in favor of enemy states (primarily Germany, which is interested in turning the US into a brothel country).
