757 debris was all over the crash site as were landing gear and engines and parts with serial numbers linked to that specific aircraft.

Problem I have is the debris field seemed to be curiously lacking AC parts. I saw something from an engine, some other debris but IMHO, there should have been more.

My view exactly. No rows of collapsed seats, O/H bins....you know the drill. The fan on an RB 211 is about six feet in diameter. I saw pix of a smaller (one) disk. Hard to say what it was from. Didn't notice any engine impact holes in the Pentagon either.

Everything gets ground up, some of the largest items were fingers, feet, shoe, etc. They dug up the cockpit in nine feet of dirt and both engines at twenty one, give or take. Shanksville went in similar to 427. And for some odd reason, Shanksville was dozed into the ground pretty quickly.
