Going by the basics of what's known publicly Alec Baldwin should get at least 10 years for it, even if it was " unintentional" homicide.

First of all, it wasn't even during a rehearsal and secondly it's the first rule of handling a firearm, ..... loaded or unloaded you don't point a gun at someone and pull the trigger unless you intend to kill them.
