Here is your contradiction. On the one hand, you say you don't want to get rid of the 2nd Amendment that guarantees the right to bear arms and has been affirmed by the Supreme Court to apply to individuals. OTOH, however, you also approvingly cite Europe's gun laws which violate the 2nd. You can't have it both ways, claiming to support the 2nd while wishing for laws that violate it. You could be honest and say you want to rewrite the 2nd, diluting it to the point on meaninglessness.Europe solved this problem decades ago. We refuse to.
