Do you know which program(s) in Minnesota were cut that stood any chance whatsoever of stopping this?

And, if you identify one or more, do you know whether or not that program has been terminated or diminished in the past month?

And, if you identify one or more, do you have any reasonably credible data that such a program was likely to have stopped it?

Without such data you cannot substantiate any claim that funding cuts in the past month had any relevance here whatsoever.

And many of them end their spree with themselves, but execution is not how to handle this.
