This is for all the forum idiots who think Mueller can charge Trump with obstruction of justice:
Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz batted down the merit of obstruction of justice charges aimed at President Donald Trump for what he said was exercising his constitutional power and authority regarding the firing of then-FBI Director James Comey and instructing the Department of Justice what to and not to investigate.
“If Congress were to ever charge him with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional authority under Article 2, we’d have a constitutional crisis,” he explained. “You cannot charge a president with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional power to fire Comey and his constitutional authority to tell the Justice Department who to investigate, who not to investigate. That’s what Thomas Jefferson did. That’s what Lincoln did. That’s what Roosevelt did. We have precedents that clearly establish that.”

Bill Clinton was charged with obstruction of justice.

No, you fucking moron, firing Comey is a Constitutional power of the president.
Not when covering up a crime or obstructing justice.
get a fucking clue, loser
The FBI director serves at the Presidents pleasure, he can fire him for literally ANYTHING. So no you can not claim obstruction for a President using a delineated power from the Constitution dumb ass.So the president is above the law ?
Firing Comey was not before he was President and is one of the actual powers a President has as granted by the Constitution. So the president is above the law ?
YES
On June 20, 2012, President Barack Obama asserted executive privilege, his first, to withhold certain Department of Justice documents related to the ongoing Operation Fast and Furious controversy ahead of a United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform vote to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in Contempt of Congress for refusing to produce the documents.
Later the same day, the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform voted 23–17 along party lines to hold Attorney General Holder in contempt of Congress over not releasing documents regarding Fast and Furious.
Executive privilege was also used in a lawsuit stemming from the 2012 implementation of the "Net Worth Sweep" against Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The Obama administration did not disclose roughly 11,000 documents from the plaintiffs in the discovery process as they related to the reasoning behind the 2012 actions.
Executive privilege is somthing else.
You are saying that a prez can’t be found to be a criminal for somthing he did even before he was president ?
He can not be impeached for firing Comey no matter what reason he used.is that an excuse for not impeaching him for obstruction of justice, if he committed it?This is for all the forum idiots who think Mueller can charge Trump with obstruction of justice:
Mueller can't- you can't charge a sitting President with anything.
But the House could charge the President with Obstruction.
Would the GOP EVER charge Trump with anything- even if there were photo's of him handing over the nuclear codes to Putin in exchange for a suitcase full of diamonds?
Don't think so.
If he acted outside his authority to obstruct justice, like Clinton did, they could.
But let's be honest, you don't care about obstruction of justice. You just want trump gone.
Firing Comey was part of President Trumps power yes so no you can not impeach him for it.So the president is above the law ?

Good luck with that!!! Nixon felt the same way....He can not be impeached for firing Comey no matter what reason he used.is that an excuse for not impeaching him for obstruction of justice, if he committed it?This is for all the forum idiots who think Mueller can charge Trump with obstruction of justice:

It's a stupid fucking strategy that only appeals to the most hardcore partisan among us. To everyone else it's a major go fuck yourself moment.Well, it's almost irrelevant. Just screaming for impeachment appears to be a pretty widespread campaign strategy we can expect.
Could be a good electoral strategy, depending on where you're doing it.
According to the man in the op he is because Hillary is and anyone who isn't a peon is.So the president is above the law ?
What's "legit" at this point? Isn't it all just gotcha and attacks and showbiz? It's a stupid fucking strategy that only appeals to the most hardcore partisan among us. The Democrats aren't interested in offering a positive alternative. They're just trying to bring Trump down to win in '18 and '20.
This sure would fire up "the base". It worked for Trump.
