Actually they are under several obligations. Willfully killing off competition subjects them to anti-trust laws. Doing it for political reasons could also change their status to a political organization subject to a wide new range of laws and regulations, not to mention losing their license as an ISP.

Anti-trust laws are based on economics, not politics. To violate anti-trust laws, you have to show that the consumer was hurt economically, i.e. paying more for a product. That doesn't apply here.

I'd be pretty confident as a lawyer defending removing Newsmax and OAN for political reasons.

Be-IN sports was booted off DirecTV and Comcast recently because they couldn't come to an agreement on fees. This is not uncommmon. Networks do not have a God-given right to broadcast on the platforms of others.

The problem is those service providers do allow violent speech, by the left. It’s well documented and you know it. They are just selectively enforcing their rules. Selective enforcement of laws and rules is un-American, it’s fascism.
