The article does not even address the possibility or presentation of physical evidence. One would think that if these women were [boinked] while unconscious there would be some physical evidence of that episode.

It reads like they CONCLUDED they were raped rather than experienced being raped.

Looks like there are grounds for appeal.

People are usually not put into solitary confinement until they screw up behind bars. Solitary confinement is jail within a jail.

If Mr. Matthews starts drugging his fellow inmates and taking their butt cheeks, that's when he'll be put into solitary.

It's clear you have no understanding about the psychology or pathology of rape and the rapist.

Since the jail is responsible for his safety, they can put him into solitary confinement for his own safety. It's different from disciplinary seg as he can still get visits, use the commissary, etc. He does NOT have to "screw up" to get into ad seg.

of course , people can ask to be put into solitary if they are in actual danger as a snitch or gang dropout or if they owe people money they can't pay, among other reasons. But there is no reason to think that Matthews falls into these categories at all. Further, the post I was responding to suggested that Respected Cardiologists are personas non grata in the joint and will have a target painted on him from day one. I don't think those kinds of guys would be hated at all doing time, and would be in a good position to get a decent hustle when doing time.

BTW, if Matthews does go into the pen and decides to start drugging and violating the butt holes of his fellow inmates, people aren't going to put up with that shit, and he will end up in solitary or possibly really fucked up.
