I doubt any of you have bothered to read the 14th amendment, and quite honestly, didn't appear Turley paid much attention to it either. Trump was not charged with insurrection he said, as if that actually makes a damn. Here, from the 14th,

, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

Given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Offering to pardon those convicted, paying legal bills of those charged with crimes. I mean come on.

And how can the indictments be ludicrous, Trump attempting to delete video footage, worrying about witness testimony. You don't do those things if you are innocent. The loudest voice on this has been J. Michael Luttig. He is a lifelong conservative who worked for the Reagan adminstration, clerked for Scalia, worked for Bush, and he is most noted for helping Clarence Thomas get confirmed to the Supreme Court, and he was nominated to the 4th circuit by Bush.
