They don't seem to get it here, this isn't about the timing of his departure, Biden never had any intention of dropping out at all. They are the ones to blame, by either not sticking with him, or not conducting the coup a year ago.

They say his advancing age, questions over his mental acuity and deep unpopularity put Democrats at a sharp disadvantage. They are livid that they were forced to embrace a candidate who voters had made clear they did not want — and then stayed in the race long after it was clear he couldn’t win.

She was set up for failure when after coming in last in the 2020 primaries she was picked as VP.
Why he didn't pick that Native American chic Tulsi for VP I'll never know. She may have been able to prevent the Party becoming a nut case. But they made their cess pit; they can wallow in it!

She is Hawaiian.

She got sidelined for having the audacity of countering Obama on Syria and taking down Harris.

Are you saying Hawaiians aren't Native American?? I know of course they aren't Indian as in a mainland Indian Tribe but being Native Hawaiian is still Native American is it not?

Kamala was Biden's revenge (for being pushed out). He knew that once he gave her his "full throated" endorsement, the party leaders would be afraid to go against him for fear of appearing to be sexist and/or racist. And he knew that she would be a lousy candidate.

He is too old to give a shit.

Not really, because Hawai isn't part of the American continent, it was just brought in later in the 1950s, legally, as a state. They're natives, to the Island of Hawai, but nonetheless, they're not the indigenous people of the American continent. They're more like Pacific Islanders, Samoans..etc. Genetically they're more Samoan than Native American-Indian.

Yes and I saw that when looking around but as NATIVES and Americans are they not still Native Americans? Or should it be Native USA'ns??

In my opinion, they should've nominated Bernie Sanders. He might have still lost, but I believe he would've done better than Kamala.
I agree. Bernie was the only dem to stand up for railroad workers during the strike. Biden told us we had to take what the carriers were offering.

Worse, they still see their loss as a miscalculation on THEIR part instead of a total rejection by the American people. Had Biden stayed in, they would have lost by even more. Had Biden dropped out sooner so Harris had more time for America to see more of her, they would have lost by yet even more.

Instead, if they had any vision at all, they would be blaming the REAL causes of their failure:
  1. Installation instead of election by stealing the 2020 election.
  2. An utterly abhorrent, anti-American agenda for four years.
  3. Relentless legal witch hunts against Trump trying to eliminate him rather than beating him with better policy.
  4. Sticking the hapless bozo Harris in there who was so unpopular that she was first to drop out in 2019.

The plan all along was to get Biden to drop out so Kamala wouldn't have to worry about being primaried.

I believe Democrats thought Biden had a better shot at beating Trump and a younger Biden probably did have a better shot but after "We beat Medicare" it became obvious he had no chance.

They hoped Biden would win, soon step aside and Harris take over.

The term "Native American" is understood colloquially, and defined in our English dictionaries, as the indigenous natives of the American continent and even more specifically, North America, which includes Mexico as well. The Indigenous natives of Hawai, constitute another ethnic group, defined as Pacific Islanders, similar to the Samoans.

I think when the assassination attempt failed they got rid of Biden.

If Trump had been killed, Biden would have stayed in the race.

Right they thought they the indictments were going to hurt TRUMP's support giving them opportunity to pull off another steal.
When that didn't work combined with the "I don't know what he just said" debate performance by Joe, they tried assassination which backfired, and got stuck with Harris. By this time TRUMP had increased his support pulling from all demographics pulling off the too big to rig strategy to perfection.

Democrat policies are to blame. They knew they were stuck with Kamala regardless of when Joe dropped out. Any other democrat would have had to balance not admitting their policies didn't work with how they were going to change things.
Republicans better pay attention, because democrats propped Harris up to a higher voter turnout in 3 months.
The problem democrats will run into in 2028 is trying to force another DEI candidate for POTUS or VP.
