An abundant influx of leftist political activist judges and nominees is never a good idea, time for a balanced and reasonable approach in my opinion.

That fact that Obama/Reid represents the most corrupt and lawbreaking duo in my lifetime is partly what the American voters have rejected.

The Democrats will exercise the nuclear option quite a bit between now and when the new Republican Senators are sworn in. They will ram through as many lower court judicial nominations as they can.

What will be interesting is if a hard left or hard right justice drops on SCOTUS. I don't think Obama will send a nomination if it is a righty, which is not right, but if it were a lefty, his nomination would be DOA, which is not right either.
