Dems losing the middle class

**** the so-called traditional middle class in suburbia they suck...

Thanks for being so crystal clear as to hatred of the MC.

But this points out a huge problem for the Far Left in 2024.

Kamala pointed out every time she was asked a question about anything, that she was raised and loved the Middle Class. But in reality, your own attitude is the dominant one among Dems.

Sort of a mixed message for the Democrat Party that didn't help at all.

Middle class means a combined income of well over 100 thousand. Anything less is poor.

Hey dipshit I live in rural Missouri I enjoy the ******* freedom of no HOA and no next door neighbor on my 43 acres, I can go out in the yard and shit dinner if I want..Shoot deer, and grow all I want of marijuana and veggies....**** you concrete freaks.

Democrats have lost their traditional advantage as the party of the middle class, according to new CNN polling that left the network's own data analyst expressing disbelief at the scope of the shift toward Republicans on economic issues.

The polling represents a fundamental realignment in American politics, erasing decades of Democratic dominance on middle-class representation just as the party prepares for crucial 2026 midterm elections.

CNN polling released Monday shows the parties now tied when voters are asked which represents the middle class12. The result marks a stunning reversal from 1989, when Democrats held a 23-point advantage on the question, or even 2016, when they led by 17 points12. By 2022, that lead had shrunk to just four points12.

"They have traditionally been the party of the middle class. No more!" CNN's Harry Enten said during Monday's broadcast1. "Donald Trump and the Republican Party have taken that mantle away."

Republicans also maintain an eight-point lead when voters are asked which party is "closest to your economic views," virtually unchanged from an 11-point advantage in November 202312. A separate Reuters/Ipsos poll shows Republicans expanding their economic advantage to 12 points, up from nine points in May 202423.

Comment:
I thought that the middle class voters were already voting Republican.
The Republicans are much closer to the center than the Democrats.
The Democrats are a coalition of the fringe who loath mainstream society.
I've witnessed this gradually happening for about 35 years. The few middle class who still are loyal are becoming truly elderly. They are the ones who never could accept or see what was happening to their party. It really started with RINO Bush Sr and the New World Order in 1988. Starting with him, there were also no more true Republicans in the White House, just him and his RINO son. And all the "Democrats" thereof were also of the rah-rah type, like Bill Clinton with Fleetwood Mac playing "Dont Stop (thinkin about tomorrow) on the campaign trail. Bush Sr and Clinton were bosom buddies and henchmen of the New World Order. There was no more "Old" Democratic Party after this. It just became a vehicle for globalists to try to get their hooks into America. The whole NWO agenda was simply to create a global corporate empire, and to create a consumer herd with just enough perpetual cash-on-hand to collectively make the globalist moguls rich beyond belief. This basically became the Walmart and chain-store culture full of cheap Chinese shit that we see today. After Jimmy Carter, no Democrat did anything but facilitate this to happen. And no Republican did either. MAGA seeks to reverse this (its faults duly noted), and the New World Order is pushing back with everything it has.

Whatever I might say about Trump, I have to admit he is bold. Bold in business means riches or bankruptcy and he has done both. Bold in government means reinventing it or ruining the lives of millions, or both.

The programs Trump has killed were created to fix real problems. We'll see if those problems come back now that the fix is gone.
I agree they were created to fix real problems, but they failed, and the democratic response has been to throw more and more money at them. When an approach fails, you end it and try another approach.

I'd be overjoyed if that were only true. Trump said he had a healthcare plan we'd all love in 2016. Turns out, all he had was getting rid of Obamacare and replacing it with nothing. We're all still waiting for Trump/GOP's other approach.

To Marxists and Anarchists
Hilarious. Wanting american workers to get ahead is marxist? Id say the opposite. Marxism would keep them mired at below average. Id like to see their wages go up up up

Good for you.

But why the hatred for ordinary Middle Class Americans just looking to fuel their SUV's and pay to straighten out their kids' teeth?

Its time for wage increases across the board so people can do those things.

People can do those things now, at least those in the Middle Class.

The sale of SUV's and the number of kids with straight teeth are at multiyear highs.

So imagine wage increases across the board then. People making even more $

That's the idea of the Big Beautiful Bill, to raise people's income.

But the "across the board" comment I take exception to.

It infers that everyone should get the same increase, regardless of their productivity or lack thereof.

Some will do better , some not so much, depending on their contributions and the effects of supply and demand.

So what you are basically pointing out is we need a much smaller population and workforce and that lower income workers shouldnt get a raise. To that i disagree. Bigly.
