I ask because libs seem to be sure they are paying tariffs so surely they must know how much they are paying. I haven’t seen any lib quantify their claim/position so I figured I’d start a thread so they can.

So, City of Industry, CA will be a ghost town?building stuff in america will wipe out california's import-shipping-rail-trucking-warehouse-port supporting communist china economy worth trillions
trillions of dollars in lost jobs, I had an eye opening day yesterday that I will share later in the week once I take pictures, people have no idea of the magnitude of the loss in money, our loss of money to china, it really is sickening
When the data fails your narrative, run to a message board and start a bad faith sealion thread.I ask because libs seem to be sure they are paying tariffs so surely they must know how much they are paying. Yean but they saved gazillions on their health insurance, Obama promised.Gazillions!!!;

Not so much, there is industry there. Ontario California, Riverside, there are miles and miles of warehouses. But I was thinking of this, drove by this, I need to take pics from my truck.So, City of Industry, CA will be a ghost town?

This map view is not what I saw, what I saw is mountains of cargo containers from China. Mind boggling, I just about cried at our lost wealth, our lost standard of living. democrats have destroyed us, literally.

You could have spent time refuting the premise of thread but you can’t so you won’t…right?When the data fails your narrative, run to a message board and start a bad faith sealion thread.
That ought to do it!

I worked in the, City of Industry. I know what is there. I worked in the City of Industry in 1987. We had essentially zero trade with China then so I state that the industry of the city of industry is not warehouse for Chinese trade.Ha, what do you think the City of Industry is?
The City of Industry is a city in the San Gabriel Valley in eastern Los Angeles County, California, United States. It is almost entirely industrial, containing over 3,000 businesses employing 67,000 people, with only 264 residents as of the 2020 census, making it the third least populous city in the state. It was incorporated on June 18, 1957, and has become the economic hub for the San Gabriel Valley.
I guess the workers will have to self-deport.I worked in the, City of Industry. I know what is there. I worked in the City of Industry in 1987. We had essentially zero trade with China then so I state that the industry of the city of industry is not warehouse for Chinese trade.
Take a look at the Port around Long Beach. In 1987 that port was 1% of what it is today.
Look at the warehouses in riverside county, they cover 100 sq miles or more. Much bigger than the City of Industry
I didn't disagree that the City of Industry would not be affected by a loss of trade with China. What I know is industry in the USA will continue and grow hence industry is fine in California
Warehousing, shipping, trucking, railroads, ports, are in trouble.
Energy prices in one state raise the cost of energy on every state. It aint so fun watching my costs skyrocketWatching the people in Virginiana and New Jersey simmer as their taxes rise more and more and their utility bills rise even faster will be fun to watch.
I did not cause it. I left it. In life we either win or lose. I propose we stop spending massive resources on each replenishment and I live near the ocean. Progs voted for that a few weeks ago.Energy prices in one state raise the cost of energy on every state. It aint so fun watching my costs skyrocket
