No one said Trump was going to do that. The "Affordable" Care Act has it's tentacles wide and deep into personal lives at this point. You can't just strip a portion out regarding care. Many are paying into it, they aren't taking their care away. It's will take time to do but one thing that can do up front is to eliminate the penalty phase, which is in the works last I heard.
