Trump isn't cutting anything, and most certainly not 100 billion. The issue is with Musk.

Why is it you people have issue with cutting out waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer funds and resources? A climate initiative linked to Stacey Abrams called “Power Forward Communities generates $100 in revenue in ONE YEAR. The next year, they are awash in $2B in funding.

$2B in funding and the organization’s web site looks like it was developed by elementary school students using 1990s web tools.
