How much is 5 years of somebody's life worth, after spending it in a prison instead of being free ? That is what the state of Minnesota public officials should be asking themselves, regarding the impending release of Derek Chauvin, wrongly convicted of unintentional second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter, in the death of George Floyd.

After an incredible 5 years in prison, from a rigged trial, enough has finally come to light to spring Chauvin. False testimonies set up by intimidation & coercion of the medical examiner (Dr. Andrew Baker) + a defense...

Look at the video. Byrd was on the other side of the doors in a hallway completely out of her line of sight. The three officers in front of the doors clearly didn’t regard Babbit as a threat as they were talking to her and she is on video giving them bottles of water. The two plain clothes officers and the SWAT Team in the stairwell six feet behind her didn’t feel threatened either. In fact the only officer in the area that seems to have felt threatened was Byrd with locked doors and a barricade between him and the protestors.

The thing that got me in the video was no police commands were being given loudly for the rowdy protestors to BACK OFF OR YOU WILL BE TASED OR SHOT, DONOT BREACH OR YOU WILL BE TASED OR SHOT, THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING "DONOT BREACH", DONOT BREACH, BACK OFF NOW !!!!

I didn't see that in that video or am I wrong about that ?

Were they (the CP), giving direct commands loudly, otherwise before using lethal force as a last resort in what should have been the expectation of compliance due to the commands that should have been given before a breach allegedly occurred or possibly might have occurred ????
