How is this not seditious? Because ALL of Trump’s actions against Venezuela are ILLEGAL.

Trump had no power or legal authority whatsoever to attack the boats, confiscate the oil, or kidnap the Venezuelan President. All of these things were and are illegal.

What’s truly laughable is that Trump is going to prosecute Maduro under American law. The SC has ruled that Trump can’t be prosecuted for crimes he commits while in office, so what makes Trump think he can prosecute another world leader.
