That was when there was a lot of money for the DNC propaganda machine. Now that the Big Donors know that throwing vast amounts of money at the democraps doesn't guarantee a victory they will be much more hesitant. Let's never forget that the GOP used to be the darling of the Big Donors and after Trump they might switch back to the GOP to get what they want.
