What history tells us happened at the end of the Cold War was America won and the U.S.S.R. died. What I believe really happened was yes, the Soviet Union died but before it did its ideologues dealt the USA an ideological fatal blow . . . one that would take about 32 years to kill us. You must realize that the progressives(statist left) have been well indoctrinated into a vision of a united world under a one world government where people live in absolute lock step harmony. It's not the progressives visions, or @ least some of those visions that are faulty. The problem lays with the statist lefts total lack of understanding regarding the human condition(human nature). To put it all in a nutshell, just because one has a vision of perfection does not mean it perfectly works out in 3D reality.
