I linked to Dumbass Johnson saying he will not entertain a payment. That's his call and he made it - oh well. He doesnt pay me so i could care less. I just know the OP is a bullshit title that is a straigth up lie. Republicans can pay if they want to. They dont.

I dont think vocabulary is important to the discussion. EVERYONE knows this is to keep the government open and there are not votes to get it through the Senate today, nor is there the votes to kill healthcare.
