1. The first amendment might be considered the sine qua non of Americanism.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

2. While the words aren't there, the meaning is: you are allowed to think anything you like, without being punished for it. If you act on the thought, and that action injures.....not offends.....injures another, that is not covered by Americanism. You can hate my race, my gender, my manner of dress or any of my opinions. No prob.
That is, when this was America, not a Democrat regime.
I have said before that it is a grave error to allow those who claim to be 'offended' to set the standards of society.
We should add the motto "Get Over It" to our currency. We’ve always had crazy people in America, but we didn’t used to take their guidance.

3. Thoughtcrime is a word coined by George Orwell in his 1949 dystopian novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. It describes a person's politically unorthodox thoughts, such as unspoken beliefs and doubts that contradict the tenets of Ingsoc (English Socialism), the dominant ideology of Oceania.

4. Of course, being an alien institution, the Democrat Party and its constituents have a very different view: punishment if anyone even hints of an opinion at variance to the orthodoxy.
Commanders defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio has recently been under fire for a tweet he sent out on Jan. 6, 2022 wherein he brushed off the insurrection as a “dust-up.”

5. "‘Thought crime FED bullsh*t’: Critics cry foul over arrest of alleged ‘white nationalists’ at Pride event
....
a group of right-wing men allegedly linked to white nationalism were arrested in the Idaho community of Coeur d’Alene not for actually rioting at a gay pride event but rather for wanting to riot at said event.

Considering that cops nationwide frequently allow left-wing extremists to “get away with” actual rioting, it seemed like the height of bull for the police to suddenly decide to arrest a group of right-wing men on suspicion of wanting to riot, critics said.

“It appears they did not come here to engage in peaceful events,” Kootenai County Sheriff Bob Norris reportedly said.

And so based on this “appearance,” the police arrested the men on charges of conspiracy to riot."

We are living in the Pre-Crime era, like in Minority Report.
That's also the same problem so-called red flag laws runs into.
In a sane world, you must have more than arbitrary mind reading to arrest or take away someone rights.
Surely even the leftists can recognize this could swing both ways & advocate caution over emotions

While you are generally right this time, the announcement of violence is surely not covered by free speech.

The emboldened would require empathy and a healthy fear of real evil. Experience and studies consistently show that leftists generally lack both.

Given the prevailing score in the culture war, leftists believe they can't lose. They've successfully marched through the institutions, and now they're openly coming for the minds of the children with abject sexual degeneracy, just one step away from outright pedophilia as the growing fringe of their numbers openly advocate that very thing.

Actually, it is.

The Supreme Court…before Obama/Kagan fascists declared that the government can restrict free speech, made clear what the test should be.

Brandenburg v. Ohio
The Brandenburg test (also known as the imminent lawless action test)[edit]
The three distinct elements of this test (intent, imminence, and likelihood) have distinct precedential lineages.

Judge Learned Hand was possibly the first judge to advocate the intent standard, inMasses Publishing Co. v. Patten,[10] reasoning that "f one stops short of urging upon others that it is their duty or their interest to resist the law, it seems to me one should not be held to have attempted to cause its violation". The Brandenburg intent standard is more speech-protective than Hand's formulation, which contained no temporal element.

The imminence element was a departure from earlier rulings. Brandenburg did not explicitly overrule the bad tendency test, but it appears that after Brandenburg, the test is de facto overruled. The Brandenburg test effectively made the time element of the clear and present danger test more defined and more rigorous.

The Brandenburg Test

“Freedoms of speech and press do not permit a State to forbid advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.”
Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444 (1969)

Some call it "real evil," and some personify it as Lucifer, to whom Alinsky prayed.

But, in modern political history it can be traced to Marx.

The simulacrum between Marxist plans and those of the Democrat/Progressives is evident.

But….so is the fact that the originator of both, Karl Marx, a worshipper of Satan.

In his book “Marx and Satan,” Richard Wurmbrand writes:

“At an age when most young men have beautiful dreams of doing good to others and preparing a career for themselves, the young Marx wrote the following lines in his poem Invocation of One in Despair :

So a god has snatched from me my all, In the curse and rack of destiny

All his worlds are gone beyond recall. Nothing but revenge is left to me.

I shall build my throne high overhead, Cold, tremendous shall its summit be. "

Revenge ….against God?

In whose service would those efforts be?

A full third of the world lives under Marxism…..and this is the force behind it: the Devil.

Perhaps you recall this prescient quote:

The Capitalists Will Sell Us the Rope with Which We Will Hang Them

What we are witnessing is the evil brilliance of Saul Alinsky, devotee of Satan, and a way to use the free market and capitalism to destroy America.

The 1970s "liberals" have transformed int everything that they proclaimed to hate.
I remember when "liberals" would say things like, I disagree with what you say but I'll fight for your ability to say it.

Now Democrats have become groomercrats who are total totalitarian pervs praying on America's children.

The critics you talk about are right wing fascists. The police should be commended for taking action to prevent a crime. They had more than enough reason to stop these individuals. You are the one who is delusional.

Hmm, so only your people have the right to protest. Got it.

The devil is closer to the Republican Party. God is a force for love not hate. Yet the Republican Party has a long hate list. Transgenders are a good example of this. There is nothing in the Bible that addresses transgenders, gays or even abortion.
