This current President does come off as a bit of a whiny baby. Bush definitely didn't whine this much. He took the hits like a man and didn't sit around whining all the time. This excessive whining stuff must be in Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" handbook or something. Blame BOOOOOOOOOSH is getting pretty old as well.
