Not at all. You guys are in complete denial about how demented Trump has become. This is why he's appointing clowns like Gaetz and Hegseth. because the credible people he appointed in his first term would invoke Amendment 25.

Assuming the investigations into Gaetz are unfounded, he is exactly perfect for the AG position. I have zero problems with Hegseth either.

You don’t like either because they aren’t part of the “play nice” swamp that Republican typically choose. Democrats choose partisan hacks and it is ok, but Repulicans are supposed to pick middle of the road, Paul Ryan types. Sorry, but now it is time for Democrats to get a dose of their own medicine. Law-fare wasn’t a thing in Democrat’s minds when Biden was in office, but I have a feeling they will change their tune shortly.

I don't like either because they are woefully unqualified for their jobs, and they have questionable ethics.

Imagine, if you would, in your supposedly great job if the boss announced, "You have a new team manager. He knows next to nothing about your department or this industry, and he's a complete asshole with no ethics, but he's going to totally shake this department up!

Here's the problem with Trump using "Lawfare". Nobody on our side has really broken any laws, but even if they did, you'll have a fun time getting that past a DC Grand Jury where they voted 92.4% for Kamala. This is the problem Ken Pervo Starr had. The Grand juries he seated just refused to indict people.
