You want to know why I suspected that Trump could lose due to potential slight losses in Penn and/or Michigan?

They are counting votes that the courts said they cannot count as they are illegal for a multitude of reasons. This could easily have occurred against Trump if not for his overwhelming victory.

Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah., took aim at Sen. Bob Casey over the Pennsylvania Democrat's refusal to concede the election, arguing that the Senate could refuse to seat him if he continues to rely on "illegal votes."

"If Bob Casey doesn’t concede, Pennsylvania keeps counting illegal votes, & Casey relies on those votes to claim victory, the Senate could refuse to seat him," Lee said in a post on X Saturday while citing Article I, Sec. 5, Cl. 1, which states that each "House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns, and Qualifications of its own Members."

The comment comes as Pennsylvania’s Senate race will be decided by a recount after Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick won the election by roughly 26,000 votes, or within the one percentage point margin that triggers an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law.

The vote is less than 17,000 out of some 7 million cast. Well within recount parameters.

Let the process play out, there's plenty of time.

Also, I was thinking of this when I first read this, could this hurt Shapiro if he ran in 2028?

Naw, by the time 2028 rolls around, Trump will have fucked up things so badly no one with an R behind their name will be able to get elected.

They're admitting that the votes that they're currently counting in Bucks County aren't valid, you got-damned dope!

It certainly could. In the Commonwealth, the Secretary of State who is in charge of elections, is an appointee of the governor.
The reputation of PN in terms of elections is in the dumpster. He will forever be associated with this and will face this when he tries to run in 2028. If not in the G.E than in the Dem Primary, assuming they have one.

One illegal vote is one too many

If it's true....it could hurt Shapiro but.....

The Dems say Republicans are twisting the facts.

The Dems say they are not accepting votes that were rejected....they are going through the votes rejected initially, to see if they legally should have been rejected, under the law or if their decision was not as thorough as the LAW requires. In one county alone, 13% of the votes that were rejected, were found to be wrongfully rejected.....

So it is the rejected votes being recounted, to see if the group of rejected votes were ALL votes that should have been rejected or some votes like the 13% in one county, should have been included in their vote count.

AND the reason these few votes matter is IF when all legal votes are counted, and Casey falls in to being 1/2 % or less, then Pennsylvania is required to have a statewide recount, at the State's expense. Casey is slightly short of the 1/2% and believes the recounting of these rejected ballots, will find the amount of wrongly rejected votes to Squeak him in to a position of a mandatory statewide recount.

No "facts" are being twisted....The Bucks County supervisors have admitted in open session that they know the votes they're counting are invalid.

They're telling it to your face and still you carry their water...You never used to be this pathetic.

Oddball

That is CORRECT. They are going over the rejected vote counts.

Right now they are recounting the rejected votes, to see if any of them, were rejected by the SURE system that they used to do this rejection process, to see if any of them were wrongfully rejected. Only the ones that have cleared the recount as legitimate voters, will be added to the counts. Some for the Republican candidate, some for the Democratic candidate....

No, they're telling you that they're deliberately counting illegal votes...And you're making excuses for them.

Nope. They are reviewing the votes that were in the rejection pile, to see if they all should have been rejected.

If they were wrongfully rejected in haste, then only those wrongfully rejected, will be included in the count, and NOT THOSE that maintain their initial rejection after review.

Your fake news is doing you a disservice by twisting facts and leaving out facts to the full story.

Democrats are frauds and understand they need to cheat to win.

They openly stated they are going against a court decision.

There are other ways to do it.

Why, in a time when election integrity is such a huge issue, would you be such an asshole ?
